Walter Scott La Combe Verte Chardonnay 2018

The Walter Scott La Combe Verte is a bright and precise style of Chardonnay from Oregon. It shows notes of ripe lemon with lovely density of fruit and a saline and mineral finish.

It is fermented with natural yeast in large barrels. It undergoes full malolactic conversion, is aged in 30% new oak for 10 months and sees very little bâtonnage. It is lightly fined and filtered before bottling.
