The 2015 l'Aiglerie is a ripe yet elegant wine, with smooth tannins and a long finish. The Cabernet Franc grapes are grown in a south-facing vineyard.
Clos de l'Elu is a certified biodynamic certified estate south west of Angers in the Anjou region of the Loire Valley. This wine is fermented using native yeast. It is aged for a year in vats and then for another year in neutral oak barrels.
