Château Haut-Segottes has been run by Danielle Meunier for the past 40 years. Madame Meunier is the fourth generation in her family to oversee this small estate in the heart of Saint-Emilion after her great-grandfather purchased the vines in 1860. The domaine produces beautiful right bank Bordeaux - this wine is a classically structured, concentrated, and savoury Saint-Emilion Grand Cru.
"The 2014 Haut-Segottes is one of the under-the-radar jewels of the year. Silky and nuanced in the glass, but with striking depth, the 2014 exudes class. Dark red cherry, plum, spice and new leather are all nicely pushed forward..." - Antonio Galloni, Vinous
