Exclusively from our Largillier vineyard, from a single varietal : Pinot Noir but in the case of this champagne, from several different harvests.

We use grapes from all 4 plots in our vineyard: MINERAL, FRUIT, FLOWER and SUBSTANCE.
A wine that is all about finesse with a delightful freshness that highlights the subtle aromas of acacia honey, ripe pineapple and a touch of menthol on the finish.
