"This Bourgogne includes declassified young vines (2015) from St-Aubin 1er Cru Derriere Chez Edouard. Pale lemon yellow. Rather a classic bouquet, with plenty of white fruit energy behind. Interesting dichotomy on the palate where there is a classic Jobardian austere tension and then some plumper fleshier white fruit behind. Very good length for a Bourgogne.
