Delivery & Returns
We provide free standard delivery to most of mainland UK for orders of £175 or more. For orders less than £175, the standard shipping cost is £12.50 per case.
Some locations are not eligible for free delivery, including postcodes in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands. All delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
If you live in the Channel Islands and the EU, please contact us directly instead of placing your order on the site.
Your wine should arrive within two to five working days. As with many aspects of life, COVID-19 has disrupted our delivery services. Sadly, that means that expedited delivery cannot be guaranteed, however we’d always encourage you to contact us and we’ll do everything we can to get your wine to you as soon as possible.
You can specify a preferred date and time for your wine to arrive. If you’re not at home, our courier will return the next day or on a date you specify. Our courier will require a signature, but you can request they leave your wine in a safe place or with a neighbour.
We’re really confident you’ll love the wine you order. But if you wish to return any bottles, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange collection and a refund will be issued to the card you paid with. Please include your order number when contacting us to help us provide faster service.
For refunds, it’s important that the wine is returned to us in the same condition that you received it – that means we won’t issue refunds on empty bottles. We can also offer credit if that’s your preference.
If you believe a wine is corked or faulty, please reseal the bottle and contact us with your order number within 24 hours. We may require that the faulty bottle is returned to us prior to sending a replacement bottle or providing a credit.
