The Blaufrankisch Heide shows concentrated blackberry and a hint of pepper. This fresh and supple wine is made from grapes grown in limestone soils.

It is fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in a mix of small oak barrels and large wood casks for a year.

Birgit Braunstein farms 22 hectares of certified biodynamic vineyards in Burgenland.
